Passed peacefully away surrounded by love, at the Juravinski Cancer Center on Friday, July 31, 2105 Charlene Sherrard Gibbons age 44 years formerly of Point Verde, Placentia. Charlene leaves to mourn her loving husband Duane, two sons Andrew and Nathan, parents Arnold & Greta Sherrard, loving brother Steve, sisters Arlene (Aiden) & Stephanie (Craig), she will also be greatly missed by her mother-in-law Monica (Langford Manderson), brother& sisters-in-law Chad, Shannyn & Monique. Charlene will be fondly remembered by her 11 nieces and nephews, 5 great nieces and great nephews, especially by “her girls” for tea time. Charlene’s beautiful smile will never be forgotten by all her aunts, uncles and cousins, extended family members as well as many friends especially her bestie Jo. Predeceased by her grandparents James & Theresa Greene, Mable McAllister, Charles McMahon as well as her father-in-law Timothy Gibbons. The family would like to extend a warm thanks to all of those whom offered their love and support with a special thanks to Michelle for her trips from AB, the Dr.'s and staff at the JCC and to Dr. Power in NL. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia on Friday, August 14, 2015 from 6:00 - 9:00 P.M. and Saturday August 15, 2015 beginning at 11:00 A.M. . Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday August 15, 2015 at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia at 2:00, inurnment to take place at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Placentia.
