COFFEY, Annie (Tobin, nee Brennan) — Entered into eternal rest at the Lions Manor Placentia, June 17, 2007, age 84 years of Ship Cove, Placentia Bay, a kind and gentle heart stopped beating. It is with great sadness we announce her passing. Predeceased by husbands Gerald Tobin (1981) Gus Coffey (1997), her parents Bridget and Walter Brennan, her sisters Mary, Kay and Til, brothers Larry, Mike, Bill and John. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime full of beautiful memories daughter Maureen (Calvin), foster daughter Anna Parsons (Harry), six sons Harold (Joan), Ben (Elizabeth), Bertie (Georgina), Junnie, Donald (Theresa), Norman (Darlene), her five sisters Rita Walsh (Jack), Chris Collins (Reg), Donnie Shea, Jeannie Cormier and Monica Manning (Gerry), her 10 grandchildren Sandra, Gailene, Gina, Roberta, Melissa, Tracy, Cavelle, Vanessa, Jessica and Colin, six great grandchildren Jonathon, Clayton, James, Madison, Siobhan and Lucas. Joining us in our sorrow are many devoted nieces and nephews as well as close friends, sister-in-law Lillian Brennan. Special thanks to the staff of the Lions Manor whose care and compassion helped Mom and her family. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia. Visitation hours 2-4 p.m. and 7-10 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place at St. Patrick's Church, Patrick's Cove at a time to be announced.
