I was so saddened when I got the call that my brother had passed away. I worked with Harry and hunted and fished with him.We have many memories about Our excursions. He was president of our local union in the gold mine we worked in. We travelled around Ontario for union business and for pleasure. We fished with my younger brother Brendan in his hometown of Sioux lookout. He was very forgiving and never turned away anyone who needed help. When I was a young boy Harry called home from some place he was working (Churchill Falls). He spoke with me on the phone and promised me that he would send me money for a bike my parents told me he was having a few drinks when he called and not to expect him to keep his promise. It was a week or so later when the money arrived. I got my bike and some new clothes. I have not and will not ever forget this kindness.
