Obituary of Jackie Collins

Passed peacefully away at the Placentia Health Care Center, on Sunday April 22, 2018 surrounded by her loving family and friends, Jackie Collins age 48 years of Southeast, Placentia.  Predeceased by parents Edward & Minnie Collins, grandparents John & Bridget Pittman, and Edward & Alice Collins.  Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her sisters: Carmel, Irene (Duncan), Glenda(Wayne), Kayla (Randy), brothers: Eamon (Charlene) and Sean (Julianna), nephews: Shane, Edward, Robert, Jacob and James, neices: Mia, Alison, Chantel, Hannah and Gracie, her aunts and uncles: Tom (Neat), Rob (Marie), Mike (Deannie), Jim (Trudy), Wish (Kathleen), Philip (Belinda), John (Wanda), Carmel (Steve), Darlene and members of the Pittman family. Special thanks to Jeanette Smith, Darlene Pittman, Marina Rose, Tammy Hann and Jean Miller, for their loving care and dedication to Jackie.  Her special friends Ruby, Connie & Sherry Spracklin, Flossy Hayward, Hilda Whittle, Hilda Coffey and Mary Linehan, special thanks to Doctor Robert Power and Staff at the Placentia Health Care for your care and professionalism.  Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia on Monday and Tuesday from 2:00 - 9:00.  Funeral Mass to take place at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., interment to follow in Coombs Memorial Cemetery, Southeast.
