Passed away on February 21, 2018 at the Placentia Health Care Center Adrian John " Iggy Jack" Smith age 68 of Freshwater. Predeceased by his parents Peter & Bride Smith, brothers Gordon & Jerry and sister Ann. He leaves to mourn his brother Captain Peter Smith (Doris) ; sister Ellen , special friend Ned O'Reilly and a number of other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. No visitation. Funeral Mass to take place on Saturday February 24, 2018 at Holy Rosary Church, Freshwater at 10:30 a.m., with inurnment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Freshwater
