Passed away at the Placentia Health Care Center on
February 22, 2016 of Dunville (formerly of New Harbour) Gordon Higdon, age 73 years. Predeceased by his parents Elizabeth & Gordon Higdon, and sister Marie. He leaves to mourn his sons and daughters Sharon (Pete Brown), Scott (Marcie), Wanda Lee (Craig Brooks) and Geoffrey (Marc)and their mother Jean, grandchildren Chloe, Katie, Mallory, Sophia and Chayse, brothers Dave (Marg), Selby (Mabel), Pleman(Tena) and Clifford (Pauline), sisters Alice, Melva (Brian), Bernadine (Alistair), Elaine (Marvin) and Loretta, also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia on Tuesday February 23, 2016 from 7:00 - 9:00 and Wednesday February 24, 2016 from 2:00 - 9:00. Funeral Service to take place on Thursday February 25, 2016 at St. Augustines Anglican Church, New Harbour at 1:30 p.m., with interment to follow in Coombs Memorial Cemetery, Southeast, Placentia.
