Obituary of ALice Brenton Coady

Coady, Alice Brenton (Bennett) - It is with great sadness and heavy hearts , we announce the passing of our beloved mom, Alice Brenton Coady at the Lions Manor Nursing Home, Placentia on July 25, 2011. Predeceased by her first husband Albert Brenton, her parents Ernest & Elizabeth Bennett, brothers, Eric , Bill, Sam and Ernest, sister Marjorie. Leaving to celebrate her life are her husband Michael Coady, seven daughters Bea (George) Weiss, Mary (John) Gerbig, Ethel (David) Janes, Marjorie (Tony, deceased) King, Ruby (Mike) Martin, Judy (Rick) Hindy & Lorraine (Lloyd) Brenton, seven sons Eric (Frances), Gord (Sylvia), Harvey (Ruth), Ernie (Carmel), Albert (Donna), Melvin (Sandra) & Robert, 30 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, sister Ethel (Wilson) Piercey, the residents and staff at the Lions Manor Nursing Home, and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia on Tuesday & Wednesday from 2:00 - 4:00 & 7:00 - 9:00 P.M., and Thursday 12:00 - 1:00, Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, July 28, 2011 at St. Martins Anglican Church, Dunville at 2:00 p.m., interment to follow in Coombs Memorial Cemetery, Southeast, Placentia. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in her memory to St. Martins Anglican Church.
