Fagan, Agnes (nee McGrath),Passed peacefully away at home in St. John's on December 18, 2010 Agnes Fagan age 86 years.of Freshwater, P. Bay.. Predeceased by her husband Donald Francis, son-in-law Al Oostenbrug, her parents John William and Clara (Nash) of Patrick's Cove, sisters Teresa and Mary, and her brothers Harold, Henry, Cyril, and Raymond. Left with deep memories of her great love are her children Bon (Mary), Jerry (Marg), Ray (Amyn), Elaine, Francis (Elaine), special daughter-in-law Linda Daigle, brother Albert (Sheila), grandchildren Frank, Cherie, Paula, Christine, Stefan, Rebecca, Marc, Scott, Heidi, Ellen and great-grandchildren Michael, Coby and Ella, as well as many relatives and friends. Remains resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia. Mass of Christian burial will take place in Holy Rosary Church , Freshwater, at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, December 22, 2010 with internment to follow in Roman Catholic Cemetery, Freshwater. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your local parish. Reception to follow at the Freshwater Community Center. FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS TRAVELLING TO PLACENTIA FOR THE FUNERAL , On Wednesday, December 22, 2010 there will be some delays on the Argentia Access Road, due to the moving of wide load equipment from Argentia to Long Harbour, the roads are scheduled to be closed from 9 am - 10:30 a.m. from Dunville to the entrance to Long Harbour. for further information you are welcome to call 709-227-7100.
