Obituary of Blanche Traverse

Traverse, Blanche Agnes,( nee Traverse), Passed peacefully away at the Placentia Health Care Center, on Monday, May 3, 2010 surrounded by her loving family, Predeceased by her husband Anthony Sept 17, 1995, brothers Jim, John & Dennis, sisters Laura Ward, Bridget Hickey & Gladys Sullivan, Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her children David (Jacinta), Betty(Terry O'Keefe), Nellie (Joe Mullins) and Dennis (Jackie), grandchildren Tammy (Craig O'Keefe ), Ryan (AnnMarie), Megan, Jennifer(Francis Penney ), Krista (Anthony), Kimberley (Derrick Layte), Philip, Joyce, Dennis Jr., & Brittany, great grandchildren Isabella, Zachary, Connor, Caleb, TJ,& Alex, also a large circle of other relatives and friends, the staff and residents of Gateway Residence, Dunville, where she resided for the last 5 months, especially her roommate Nellie Wadman. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia on Tuesday & Wednesday from 2:00 - 9:00. Funeral Mass to take place on Thursday, May 6th, 2010 at 11:00 a.m., at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia, with interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Placentia. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in her memory to the SPCA.
