Passed away at St. Clares Mercy Hospital, St. John's after a brief illness on Thursday April 23,2009. Maurice Michael Spurvey age 72 yrs of Fox Harbour Placentia Bay.( former Marine Atlantic Employee) Predeceased by parents Richard Spurvey and Mary and Patrick Whiffen and sister Helen Locke and father in-law Anthony Griffiths. Leaving to mourn his loving and devoted wife Mary (Griffiths) his children Stella Davis (Bill), Maurice (Charlene) Margie O'Reilly

Resting at Coombs Funeral Home on Saturday April 25 & Sunday April 26 from 2-5 P.M. and 7-9 P.M.
