My Dear Aunt Marie, it was always so much fun as a child to go visit your home in Paradise with mom and dad, looking at all the national geographic books that lined the walls like wall paper. No matter if you lived in Placentia or Petite Forte, it was like going to a museum and I love it. You always seemed to have something wise to say to me but there is one moment in time I remember that I hold dear. You asked me if I knew how a man really love you? I was somewhere in my 20's and I said yes I think I know. The answer we both agreed on was, it is in his hug! The genuine all embracing, just like a teddy bear hug! George gave that to Marie the first time they hugged! This will be my Marie memory forever. I understood more about Marie that day than I ever did before and years later I still agree with her. I am sorry I couldn't be there today but I am in spirit and I am so glad that I made the stop to see you this summer on way home from our vacation. I will remember how you looked right into my eyes! Almost like you were trying to give me some more wise advice. I got the children late in life that you wanted and I know you were always so proud of me with all my accomplishments! Love you Always! Your Neice Michelle
