Best, Walter Francis, passed away at the Health Science Center, St. John's on Monday December 5th, 2011 Walter Best of Southern Harbour age 85 years. Predeceased by his mother Mary, father Maurice, brother Mike, sisters Minnie, Annie & Theresa. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his children Esther Gayle (Gary), of Clarenville and Randy (Florence) of Southern Harbour, grandchildren, Darryl, Shawn (Chantel), Randell (Holly), & Jonathan (Brittany), great grandchildren Cameron, Emily & Aaiyah, brother George (Blanche), sisters Mary, Josephine, Joyce Collins (Joseph), Esther Collins (Ignatisus), and a large circle of other friends and relatives. Resting at Christ the King Church, Southern Harbour. Funeral Mass to take place on Thursday December 8, 2011 at 2:00. Interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Southern Harbour.
