Ivy Shirley (Warren) Hancock, October 30th, 1938 passed peacefully away on November 29th, 2024 with her loving husband Spencer by her side at the Lions Manor Nursing Home.
Ivy leaves to mourn her husband Spencer, married 56 years. Sons, Shaun (Debbie), Jeff (Julie), her three grandchildren whom she adored, Coady, Ethan and Jordana. Her twin brother Gene Warren (Leah), sisters-in-law, Lorraine Warren, Sandra (Brian), brothers-in-law, Jim (Doris), Rob (Donna) and a number of nieces and nephews with the Warren and Hancock family.
Ivy loved her husband Spencer and was proud of her two sons. She treated her daughters-in-law as they were her own. She adored her three grandchildren who she was most fond of. She spoke lovingly of her siblings and extended family.
Ivy lived a simple life. She asked for nothing but offered everything. She had a heart of gold but was stubborn as hell. She will be loved and missed forever. May she rest in peace.
The family wishes to thank Dr. Power and all the staff at the Lion's Manor Nursing Home for all their professionalism, compassion & loving support given to Ivy and Spencer during her short stay.
A special thank you to all friends who have supported Spencer these past few years with visits, conversations, guidance and meals. Your thoughtfulness has not gone unnoticed.

Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia on Friday, December 6th, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday, December 7th, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Funeral service to follow at Coombs Memorial Chapel. Inurnment to follow in St. Martin's Anglican Cemetery, Dunville (Gravel Road).
