Obituary of Damian McGrath

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Damian McGrath on October 20, 2020. He left behind his sister Sherri, her partner and his friend Steve Cook, his mom Maria Paul. His father, Dermott McGrath predeceased Damian. All Damian did was for passion, passion for art, for friendship, for tattooing, for music, for food, for the party. He was generous with his time and brought many people together and created lifelong friendships! His humour and that laugh were infectious. He was either up to good or no good but either was fun when you were with Damian! He lived his way, could be the best and the most enraging all in the same moment. The hardest part of losing someone isn’t having to say goodbye but learning to live without them. Always trying to fill the void, the emptiness that’s left inside your heart when they go. Damian has left a big void. Visitation will take place at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia on Saturday January 20. 2023 from 11:00 - 1:00, inurnment to follow at Coombs Memorial Cemetery, Southeast
