Passed away suddenly on October 26, 2022, William Foley age 76 of St. Brides. Predeceased by father William Foley SR, Mother Helen Foley, brother Rupert Foley, sisters Joan Careen and Rosemary Pierson, and nieces Veronica Foley and Heather Careen. Leaving to mourn daughter Melissa Roche (Dean), granddaughter Marissa Roche (Cody) and great grandchildren Aria and Vivienne. Sisters Yvonne (Roy), Marcella (Patrick), Wendy (Dominic) and twin sister Maureen (Eric) and brothers Arnold (Aimee), Wayne (Michelle) and Brendan and numerous nieces and nephews and very special companion and friend Kay who went above and beyond for him. Billy’s passion was working as President of the UFCW union in Ontario where he worked extensively; advocating and contending to ensure coworkers grievances were heard and resolved. He continued to be an advocate when he retired and moved back home to St. Brides working on the community council for years.” Cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements, entrusted to Coombs Funeral Home,Placentia. Visitation will take place on Friday, November 4, 2022 from 10:00 -10;45 A.M. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday November 4th at 11 am at Sacred Heart Church St. Brides. Inurnment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery St. Bride's
