Sweeney, Leonard Gerard (Lenny), It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of a dear father, grandfather, brother, son and friend. Lenny Sweeney, age 60 years, at his home in Ontario on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. Predeceased by his parents Leonard & Selina Sweeney, his grandparents Patrick & Anne Sweeney, and Michael & Agnes Brewer. Leaving to mourn with sad and loving memories: his daughters, Danielle Sweeney & Leanne Sweeney and granddaughter Luna Grace. Sisters: Marion King (Kenneth), Agnes King (Dave), Dianne Mayer (Duane), brothers: Kenneth (Leone), Albert (Lana), and a large circle of aunts, uncles, cousins & friends. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia on Monday, April 18, 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Funeral Service to take place at Coombs Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, April 19, at 1:00 p.m. Inurnment to take place in Coombs Memorial Cemetery at a date to be given later. “Don't cry because I’m gone.
