Known by this medical team as an extremely cooperative, brave, and “special man”; but remembered forever by his family for his loving, helpful, honest and caring ways, his sense of humour, and devotion to his loving wife, Debbie. Gary, you have touched our hearts forever and you will never, never be forgotten
