Michael Peter Coates: June 24, 1959 - August 13, 2026
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Peter Coates, age 67, on August 13, 2026.
Michael was predeceased by his beloved parents, Ruby and George Coates.
He leaves behind cherished memories with his children, Richelle (Graham), Phillip (Lesley), and was a loving second parent to Dara, Dana (Andrew), and Morgan. Held dear in the hearts of his grandchildren, Nathen (Julianna), Graham (Jenny), Carsen (Madelin), Abigail, Charlotte, Izzabelle, Izra and his precious great-grandson, Milo. He will be remembered fondly by his sister Michele and Brother-in-law Peter Colbourne; nieces Laura (Brett), Heather (Josh), Gillian (Kris) Great nieces and nephews Colin, Ryan, Ruby, Max, Ella, Owen, Scarlett, and Violet.
Michael will be remembered with love by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. His memory will live on through the many moments shared and the love he gave to those closest to him.
Cremation has taken place. A private celebration of life will take place at a later date.
Forever loved, always remembered.
