Id like to send my sincere condolences to Kevin's family and friends! I met Kevin at the Lions Manor six years ago when my mother became a resident there. He was always very sweet and enjoyed our chats, especially when we would go outside! Kevin and I had many conversations, about many things! He was a very intelligent man and a pleasure to talk to! His children and grandchildren were by far his most precious accomplishments! It was very nice meeting you Crystal! I will miss you very much Kevin but I know you are happy where you are now! With sincere gratitude for knowing you! Kay ❤️

He was always in a good mood & optimistic , despite his medical condition and his own personal tragedy, which changed his life forever . He is no longer suffering and has sailed into heaven . To all Tobin family members, please accept my condolences on Kevin’s passing. He bravely fought the good fight with his medical disability. There are lots of good memories of him from back in the day. I have known since he was about 15 and he was Chris’ godfather. Crystal, you idolized your dad and he did you as well. He spoke of you kids often. May he soar high in the sky and when he does, I will envision that smile. Take care everyone.

To all Kevin's family and extended family our deepest condolences .He fought the big fight but never with any expression of 'why me'. He always gave you that big grin and had a heart of gold. He visited my mother [whom was ill at the time] after he got out of hospital his daughter was present with him , he said I'm going up stairs to see your mother, with the braces on his legs I'll never know how he did it but he did again with a big smile and he always brought her a card. He loved nature and embraced all he could , he loved to hike to Indian Head and place a flag on top, no problem he would say , just a little trot'. You loved music Kevin , I know you will enjoy the beautiful singing of the angels as you keep watch on your grandchildren. God Bless buddy Love Agnes and Andy.

Awe. My condolences to the family. My memory off Kevin. I met my Cousin Kevin at the Scotia Bank. Ft. MacMurray in 1980. At 1st we didn't know we were related until we started to talk about "Tobins in NFLD". A very kind young man. So sorry to hear off his passing. RIP Kevin. Now you join your Mom & Dad.
