Sending along sincere condolences and sympathies to Doreen, Yvonne, Craig and all members of the Ennis family on the passing of George. It was indeed my fortune to have shared part of George’s life’s journey which has given me many wonderful memories of what George would call “The good old days.” During several of my election campaigns, George would drive me from community to community, day after day and was never in a rush and was blessed with an incredible amount of patience. We were both great fans of the Montreal Canadians and he was always so eager and happy to be telling me the stories of his beloved Merasheen. It was indeed where his heart was meant to be. We had many conversations about politics and his tidbits of advice were always sincere and appreciated. I was grateful for the continuous support of George and Doreen but even more grateful for the opportunity to call them friends. May the wonderful memories assist you all in the days ahead and may George’s soul Rest In Peace.
