The few times I had the pleasure of being in her Company I realized what a lovely person she was!! Something like my husband!! She just sat there and took it all in!!I was So looking forward to her and I (The two Nan’s) being at Heidi and Adam’s wedding next summer but God had other plans for her!!
Keep all the wonderful memories I am sure you all have of her tucked away in your hearts and Talk of her often !!

So sorry for the loss of a very nice lady. I know how much you all loved her. And how much she loved her family. I've known Mona since my own youth when she and her husband, Edmund would visit my family in Pt. Verde.

Since I heard the sad news of Mrs.O'Keefe's passing I couldn't help but take a trip down memory lane. I can see her now at Kevie's (as she would call him) and my sister Cynthia's sitting in the chair with her warm knitted slippers on and knitting some gloves or socks that gave her such pleasure. Kevie would say anything at all and you could see her but not hear her because her laughs were belly laughs. She was a true definition of a wonderful lady, a gentle soul, and I can honestly say that I loved being in her company. She loved everyone and took such pride in all of her boys and thier families. Rest well Mrs.O'Keefe, your work here on earth is done and you did it all so well with a pure heart. My sincere condolences to all of her family.

They talked on the phone almost everyday. I hope they all have a great reunion on the other side!
